We the People

What is the most widely quoted phrase from the preamble of the Constitution?
The opening lines of the preamble of the Constitution, beginning with "We the People," constitute the most oft-quoted phrase of students and scholars alike. Unlike the Articles of Confederation, which spoke to the states and had their best interests in mind, these words of the preamble directly link the Constitution to the people of the United States of America.
