Greetings! Let me introduce you to Fuente Monumental Blanca Gari. It is near Caribbean College in Carolina, P.R. The cost of this project is 1.5 million dollars. Expensive decoration, nothing useful here. And they say that Puerto Rico is in deficit! We are in deficit of leadership with brilliant ideas!
