Welcome to the third installment of King of the Dammed.
Today I present you Alcaldia building in Carolina,P.R. It is a very beautiful building; everything is so shiny and neat.





But what's this? Just a few steps from the Alcaldia building we find a large crater, big enough to swallow any passerby. Or maybe it is a portal to another dimension. I just don't know.
